PATIO

 

As you walk out onto the patio from the living room, you'll see our patio table with umbrella and eight comfortable patio chairs. There's a beautiful view of Osoyoos Lake towards the south. For our guests who want to bring their boat, you can keep an eye on it from our unit. Please note that you must make arrangements with management for your boat moorage (this is an extra cost to management).

Relax on the patio with a delicious cup of coffee in the morning while listening to the birds sing, perfect for the guest who doesn't want to leave the comfort of the townhouse.

Imagine yourself winding down on the patio from a busy day of wine touring, feet propped up while reading a good book and sipping on your favorite glass of Okanagan wine.

The patio leads out onto the communal grass area, convenient for children to play on. 

​

We have a natural gas BBQ  (no propane tanks needed) for you to use and enjoy while making memorable summertime meals. You will find BBQ tools for your convenience in the kitchen.

​

You'll find a brand new towel tree attached to our post to hang your wet beach towels on.

There is also a chain for pet parents to secure their pet to.

Please note that pets are not permitted on the communal grass area, therefore the chain will only reach to the end of our patio slab.
