LIVING ROOM

 

The living room is off the kitchen, at the back of the condo. It's a large open area with a brand new couch (installed September 2023) which comfortably seats 4 people. 

 

There's a 55” smart tv and Blue Ray player. Just below the tv in the cabinet, there's an electric fireplace which you're welcome to turn on, on those cool and rainy evenings. Snowbirds will find this feature cozy and relaxing.

Beside the book shelf is a cozy table for two. The size is 20" wide x 3' long. This table has a leaf so it can be opened into two larger configurations, 27" wide x 3' and 35" x 35".  You can either feed your little ones here, play a game of chess or cards, or leave a puzzle on-the-go.

In the drawers under the kitchen bar area (facing the living room), the top drawer holds manuals for all appliances and electronics in the condo. The middle drawer holds random items such as extra napkins. The bottom drawer holds some board games, puzzles, crosswords, dice and cards. You're welcome to borrow these for your time spent here.

​

For those who love the sun, the living room with large windows and patio faces the west. This allows direct sunlight to flood the condo in the early afternoon until the sun sets behind the mountains . If it’s too much for you, just shut the door and close the blinds, then turn on the a/c.
